49.75 miles from Hereford to Redbrook in three days and two nights.
This trip is suitable for beginners to canoeing with a good level of fitness, however the distances are a little longer on this trip than the top half.
Hereford to Hoarwithy - 17.25 miles
Hoarwithy to Symonds Yat 24.5 miles
Symonds Yat to Redbrook 8 miles
