Details
Annual Refresher (3 hours contact time) is designed to give an annual update to anyone with a current first aid qualification. The HSE recommend annual refresher training to maintain skills, and this course provides the opportunity to keep up to date with any changes in between the three year requalification period of a first aid qualification.

- BLS and CPR
- Choking
- Bleeding
